This report, published by EV Horizon on April 27, 2026, focuses on the launch of Huawei HarmonySpace 6 intelligent cockpit:
Huawei’s smart automotive solution BU has become the group’s second growth engine, with revenue of CNY 45.018 billion in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 72.1%.
Positioned under the core concept RECEIVA, HarmonySpace 6 upgrades seven dimensions: reliable fluency, interconnection, premium refinement, AI intelligence, ultimate audio-visual experience, in-and-out interaction, and full-scenario ecosystem. Backed by Qiankun’s device-chip-cloud integration, the system delivers smoother performance and doubled reliability; seamless connectivity is also available for non-HarmonyOS phones.
Equipped with MoLA 2.0 architecture and the new-generation Xiaoyi Agent, it evolves from passive command execution to full-scenario cross-domain interaction, supporting parallel multitasking, natural chat, precise vehicle control, and proactive recommendations.
Debuts the industry’s only 3-in-1 AI Multimodal Sensor System (AMS), which integrates RGB/IR dual cameras and NearLink sensors to provide all-round cabin safety, including living body detection, occupancy monitoring, fatigue warning, risky action alerts, and child/pet left-behind reminders.
Huawei opens the Harmony cockpit ecosystem, cooperates with iQiyi, Alipay and other partners to improve the people-car-home smart experience, and launches the AI companion robot HAMOMO.
Core philosophy: prioritize user-centric, warm, and companionable experience over feature stacking.
